僕の提案は第一に、たくさんの消費税の背後にある理由は、なぜ彼らはただ全ての税金を引き下げることができないのか？
それは政府に借金があるからなのです。
だから、僕の提案ではこの政府の借金はリストラクチャー（債務再編、建て直し）を行います。
